Power to Stim V2, But no LED'S
 

Hey everyone:
So, I bought a MS2 v3.0 the other day. I brought it home and hooked it up to the Stim V2, I got it to work on Tunerstudios but for some reason came across a problem..

I'm getting power to the Stim via a AC adapter, but the led's will flash briefly and go out or just not come on.
One of resistors (R9) is quite hot and brownish, could this be the problem?
I've searched on here and a few other MS specific forums and couldn't find anything. Any help or insight on what might be happening would be appreciated. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1464293106
