powering mspnp outside of car
hey guys, just picked up a used mspnp 9093 and i just cannot get it to connect to my laptop. i spent all afternoon trying. is there a way to power the mspnp externally and try communicating with it outside the car? The car is powered by a greddy emanage atm and id rather not have it off the road for ages just because it wont communicate.
I have a gymkhana tomorrow and disconnecting the factory loom has erased all the factory ecus memory so idling is messed up now :vash:. id rather that not happen again. |
yes, you can run 12v to 1B and ground to 2A,B,C,or D
the stock ECU doesn't lose programming. |
awesome that makes things much easier. I havent opened up the MS yet but is there a light/led inside to show there is power going to it?

Of course it comes with lights. They will tell you.
