routing lines from engine bay to cabin
 

I was just wonderin what path you guys take when routing vac lines, wires from the engine bay to the cabin. I was thinking that the hole the engine harness goes through would be perfect, but it turns out it is sealed. I don't want to cut the seal for fear of water leaking into my car in the rain.

there is a grommet just under the heater hoses (and to the left a tiny bit) where the throttle cable runs out of. Use that location.

Don't worry too much about getting water into the cabin from rain. If your firewall gets that wet you've got other problems. :)
