Default MS Overboost protection

How does it work? Does it clip fuel/ignition when you pass the threshold?

I ask because I'm running 200+kpa of boost right now and my overboost has been set at 152 forever.

yours isn't working then, when it kicks in you'll know it, it just turns the injectors off %100

there is a setting that has to be switched on for it to be activated... can't remember where the hell that setting is off the top of my head... but by default it is not active.

it does a hard cut, so whatever your hard cut rev limiter does it will do.

go to limiter type in more settings and set it up.

set everything to spark cut only and the number 5.

Should I be ignoring the huge red warning that says that spark-cut only is suitable only for straightpiped cars? My car still has a cat.

Unless, of course, you have a cat, and it is now nearing the end of its functional life.
