If you want to go MS you are going to want to wire it in parallel.
You will need:
-MSI complete ECU modded for the Miata
-Harness for MSnSE, connector comes with MS so you can build your own
-94-97 Cam Angle Sensor, the '01+ sensors are not easily usable the CAS makes it very simple
Then you're going to have to wire it up in parallel. You will be cutting the wires going to the injectors and coils. Use bullet connectors, they're cheap and work well. This will allow you to control fuel and ignition while the stock ECU controls A/C, alternator, egr, CC, all that crap.
Do a search for madracki and it will provide you with the electrical diagrams you need.
