Default Cam sensor and 4 wire tps connectors

Hi,

I'm looking for a little help wrapping up my wiring project. I have a VVT with 3 pin cam sensor and can't seem to find the wire inputs/outputs for the connector ? Looks like I need a 5v vref, grnd and sensor to pin 32 on my ms3x.

For the tps my pigtail has different color wiring from all the posts I can find

Black/blue (1)
Red (2)
Red/black (3)
Green/white (4)

Appreciate if anybody can confirm grnd, power, sig etc to get this hooked up right too, thanks !

Given the 4-wire TPS, you have an 1.8 NA that you're swapping the VVT motor into? Cam signal is +12, ground and signal. The 4-wire TPS is also 5v ref, ground, signal and a 4th one I don't remember.

What year car etc? Need some more info.

Thanks Oscar. Car is a 91, TPS and engine is from a '94, Head and Cam sensor is from a 2003 VVT.

Here is a picture of the TPS pigtail, I'm not sure what this came from. It connects, I just can't seem to find reference to these wire colors anywhere...

Ok, I assume you have the 03 throttlebody/IAC and TPS too? I'd use the latter since it's 3-wire. I have notes about connecting that TPS to earlier harnesses but don't have them with me right now.

It should be easy enough to figure out the tps with a dmm. 3 of the wires are just a pot and the 4th is a switch... indicates idle iirc.
