Spark Map Sanity Check

Looking for a quick sanity check before I increase the timing to the spark map attached

Spec of the car is

1999 1.8 UK MX5
TD04L-13T
2.5" Downpipe -> Stock cat + Center -> Cobalt single exit silencer
550x180x65mm Ebay IC 2.5" Pipework
Reverent MS2 Enhanced
Five-O Motorsports 650cc Siemens Deka Injectors
98RON Fuel + 20% Methanol

AFR is 11.7 at 170kpa and above (Wideband still calibrated for gas AFR) boost targets were chosen to maximize peak power while keeping a margin of safety to prevent me throwing a rod through the side of the block

Looks fine. Anything more should be tuned with det cans because there's really no way to guess the next amount of advance. Are you mixing in the methanol yourself? if so, that's also a reason to keep it conservative in case you ever get a bad blend

Thanks. The meth I do mix myself, I measure 5 litres of methanol into a fuel can then pull up to the pump add the 5 litres of methanol then add 20 litres of Super Unleaded. I do have table switching with a secondary spark table with 4 degrees pulled everywhere above 100kpa should I ever need a safety net

Went to a dyno day saturday, made the 255bhp/205ft/lbs

I guess my exhaust setup is costing me 20-30bhp so I need to do something about that

You're getting into unsafe rod area as is. Good luck!

I didn't say guaranteed destruction, but I wouldn't run this on a track. A little bit of overboost with the WG not reacting fast enough after a shift and the rod goes. I'd definitely make sure my overboost cutoff is set properly.

That's flywheel tq to so that's what 180-190rwtq, I fully intend on 3" from the downpipe back and another couple of pound of boost .

200rwtq is but a tickle. start to worry at 250rwtq.
