Ignition outputs C and D are on the 12 pin section of the main connector. See the install guide for details:

That's true, but I put that there to facilitate a drop on harness for VVT applications. A new 12 pin connector is not included with the MSPNP-Pro (however we do have them in stock). The 26 pin Options connector on the back of the MSPNP has all spark outputs as well as a host of other available spare I/O, and that connector *is* included with the ECU.

Once we have all of the connectors sourced, we'll start offering drop on VVT conversion harnesses for those who need them. I still need to locate one or two of the connectors. The coolant temp sensor plug has been hard to source.
