Default MS3Basic continuous fuel pump priming

So, just got this MS3Basic installed and running on my VVT swapped 1990. Have driven it a bunch and everything is working great. One issue however, when I turn the key to ACC, the fuel pump primes, then shuts off. About a minute later, the pump will start priming again, and not turn off (I am not entirely sure how long it will go, but I've given it about 30 seconds before shutting it down). Turning off the car and restarting it sometimes brings it back to the state where the pump primes, shuts off, then starts again, but quite frequently it will just continue to prime after the key is turned. Any ideas? I do not have an RPM signal at the tach, but TS is showing 0 rpm when this condition happens (which, as I understand, is what should cause the pump to turn off). Also, if the car stalls, the pump will stay on until the car turns off.

Thanks!

I'm an idiot.. I had the AIT sensor plugged into the wrong pins. IIRC the AFM had some fuel pump killing functions on the NA, so looks like this is resolved. CARRY ON.

For reference to someone in the future as dumb as I am. The correct pins for the AIT sensor when removing the AFM with MS are pins 1 and 6 (counting left to right, with two slots on the connector facing up).
