Tables for Boost
So I've been running around on the esteemed Arga's tables for a while, and they've served me well. Actually, they served me better in the past, but that's a seperate issue. What I want to know is...
Now that I'm going to boost, what do I put in the other half of my table?? It only goes to 120 kpa now, and I need to fill it out till at least... 200-220? I will probably only run 12-15 psi. Maybe if someone can give me a plain-text paste or uploaded table I could use that. At least as a starting point. I'll add 20% fuel and take out 5 degrees spark everywhere and see how it goes. Oh, it's a 2000 miata, intercooled gt28R, headwork on an MS-II, standalone. Yes, I know I'm the only one. |
Might give you an idea of the VE to start with anyway. Don't blow it up.

Mr. Alaska, think you could post that in a VE? As in "export table" or something similar? Save my spoiled fingers a lot of typing.
Thank Paul. I'll use something like that. Except, here I am asking for easy, break-it-in-slow,-she'll-always-go numbers, and the TITLE is "dynoday-aggressivetiming-2.msq" Anyway, it's a hell of a lot better place to start than filling it in flat and autotuning a lot. What octane was that? Anyway, ANYTHING would be worth getting my wastegate shut and not feeling like a ricer everywhere I go. Thanks everyone. |

Like, is 63,56,61,66,69,65,66,48,28,14,14,41 that 500, 900, 1800 etc rpm all at 20 kpa, or is it 20, 26, 34 etc kpa at 500 rpm? From the advance table, that seems to be the right interpretation (i.e. 20 kpa is: 20 17 17 27 34 37 37 37 37 37 37 37 as RPM climb from 500 to 7000 |
Its all at 20 kpa, at different RPM.
