For those who've deleted the MAF and are still N/A
I'm going to be getting MSPNP within the next couple months and i'll be trying it N/A before I go turbo so I can get used to tuning, etc. When deleting the MAF is it better to stick a filter in it's place and leave the stock crossover tube, or do some kind of pipe and filter setup on the intake side of the bay? Does it make a difference?

I should be installing mine in about a week or so...I haven't though about that to much :o I don't think it will really matter as long as you have the air bypass tube thing for idling hooked up, I think you can run anything. |
i have an AL tube in place, it was free, i would not pay money for anything better though, it is not needed if you are NA, save your money and get some effin boost eh

thanks guys. saving money is a priority.

yeah, as long as the filter cant be like submerged in water or anything, your fine. Saveing $$ should be #1

if you stick the filter on the intake side and therefor shorten the intake tract you are gonna lose torque down low.

I put a hole in my crossover tube and kept everything in place for the worst case scenario.
