TPS calibration value=0
Hello,
MS2pnp TPS calibration on a '91 mx5 My TPS calibration does not work. without clicking "get current" on high and low the values are 0 and 1023. When I push the "get current" button low and high become both 0 Sensor is wired up correctly, measured out with an ohm meter, works fine. Also the 5V and ground are ok. what am I doing wrong? thanks |
your 91 doesn't have a vtps.

Anybody else to give it a try please?
Added my .msq file if it helps? |
did you push the gas pedal down when you hit 'get current'?
|
I'm a noob but not that stupid
Yes, I did. |
Do you have the VTPS jumper enabled? It's a pull off jumper on the lower board.
|
Thanks Matt,
problem solved! Found nothing about a VTPS jumper in the manuals... But it's there thanks again! |
It's mentioned towards the end of the '90-'93 install guide as this is specific to these cars.
