I tried changing the version number in the link, but it keeps downloading the newest version. Any other ways to do it?

Nevermind, it works fine. I forgot a . in the link.

Tonight Tunerstudio "updated" itself to 2.0.6 from 2.0.8, and now everything is working just fine. Car fires right up.
