I haven't even tried it guys, sorry i can't be of more help. This is the first i've heard of it. When my own car isn't running I don't mess with things much. I might look at it tonight. MLV is great though and so is megatune for what I need to do with it anyway.

i couldn't even get it to load up after installing it unless i 2x clicked it and came back in the room 90 mins later after a movie. then the ******* thing froze up on my when trying to start a new project.

so is it a program like Megatune that you can view all the parameters of the MS in real time? Or is it for tuning from a log file?

Loaded up fine for me, but I don't see my version of MS. The dashboard is cool, thats about all I would want to use it for..

One thing I noticed about it is that I can use my cheap $4 USB / serial adapter. Megatune would not connect to Megasquirt when I used it but this new program does not give me any problems so far.

Yep, that's one of the claims I've heard, that this one has some improvements to the serial communications so it's less likely to get bad connections.

It is kinda cool.. Really like the dashboard and the fact that you can play with it and customize your dash. Tuner Studio MS is still in alpha testing so it is a little buggy.

I'd use it as a dashboard if I purchased on of these...

This one is local to me an I am watching it!

Interesting that you posted about this today because early this morning I tried to give it another go around. The newest alpha version actually loads for me now and works. While I typically am not a big fan of digital gauges I find the 'way too 80's Knightrider style' HiRes LED dashboard to be very easy to read when your laptop is sitting on the passenger seat and you are driving.

Sort of off topic, I think, but I've tried to reconfigure my MT gauges without success. I have to right click and "swap to" every time I open my ****. I followed this: http://www.megamanual.com/megatune.htm#installgauge in an attempt to change the default gauges but it doesn't do anything. I must be doing it incorrectly...

Is this tunerstudio business worth the effort? It failed me on my initial go-round...

You need to edit the msns-extra.ini file in your project folder. Search for "Gauge Setup 0", it's at line 2974 for me. Reorder the gauges there. Ignore Gauge Setup 1+. The gauge choices are listed in the section above that. You can also change the min/max of each gauge, when it goes yellow, when it goes red, etc.
