Tunerstudio not reading Innovate PSB-1

Hey guys,

Here's the situation - for some reason, my Innovate PSB-1 wideband is not communicating properly with my MS2 PNP. Here's how i have things wired up now:

Red - 12V to add a circuit
Black - Grounded to back of engine
Yellow - Wired to options port 21 on MS2
White - Wired to dimmer source
Purple - N/A

The way things are wired up now, the PSB-1 is working fine and reading AFR's but in tunerstudio it's showing 0V - 7.3AFR. Settings in Megasquirt are:

I've done the following to try to get MS/tunerstudio to read properly:

-Switching wideband signal to other Innovate (LC-1, MTX etc)
-Checked yellow wire to ensure voltage is being sent (current reading is 12V) - Should this be 5V and not 12V?? Maybe that's my issue?
-Grounded black wire to options port 5 and 22 (when doing so wideband does not turn on)
-Ensured pre-cat stock 02 plug is taped off
-Cut post cat 02 sensor plug and taped off all wire ends

I'm stumped.. what am i missing guys?

Here's a link to the PSB-1 manual. Page 4 covers wiring and Pages 12/13 showing analog output (0V = 7.35AFR & 5V = 22.39AFR)

Correction: Yellow analog output wire is giving off 5V and not 12V.. So it would appear everything is operating as it should on the wideband side. Is there anything I'm missing on the MS2 side? Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

SOLVED

Well I feel dumb. After lots of testing and trial and error, it turns out the analog output wire wasn't pressed into the megasquirt far enough
