Default Warm start problem

The problem acts like a heatsoaked IATsensor, but I've moved that to the mouth and checked the readings and they seem right so I don't think that's the problem.

AFR goes really lean and manifold vacuum decreases. This only lasts a few minutes, and it only does it sometimes. It's very frustrating as it makes it difficult to drive out of a parking lot.

Any suggestions? I don't even know where to start looking, since I checked the only thing I can think of and it doesn't do it every time.

What kinda temps is the sensor seeing when you run into this problem?
