As far as fueling, the guy is probably better off leaving the intake open and running hydrogen on it. |

i think hes trying to make a BBQ or something. That motor is made to be cooled at 300 some mph not hidden behind a cab at 70.

This is f'in awesome. But how's he going to cool it?
tehehe |
I thought the video at the bottom of the same page was cool. A Rover with a v12 Rolls-Royce tank engine with 1650 HP and 1550 TQ. 150MPH at less than 2K RPM
Sorry for thread jack. |

There's a lot of discussion on cooling on the lemons site. Read it.
It should run for a bit but it will be a tough ride lol. |
water injection should help. the car will have cylinder head temp probes.
also since the original application had manual pilot controlled fuel and spark (I think?) the megasquirt should help. |
What did they do with the throttle bodies?
|
new video up. even shows a shot of the CHT gauge.
throttles (there are five) are done by pull rods: http://frankensteinmotorworks.com/Ai...2/IMG_0132.jpg http://frankensteinmotorworks.com/Ai...2/IMG_0137.jpg http://frankensteinmotorworks.com/Ai...2/IMG_0138.jpg |
