Default MS2 Excel Calibration Tool

I put together this tool to help me calibrate my MS2.
Someone else might find it useful......

It will:
Import .Table files produced by tuner studio
Produce new .Table files that can be uploaded to tuner studio
Calculate new VE table values if you want to change your injectors and/or dead time
Calculate new VE values if you want to incorporate the AFR table
Smooth the VE table
Interpolate values in the VE, AFR and Ignition tables*
(*Empty cells only. Does all 3 tables at once)

Also, if you enter a RPM and MAP value it will tell you the:
VE
Target AFR
Ignition value
Show where you are operating on the VE table.

Just save the all files to:
c:\Megasquirt

I am no computer programmer or coder, so don't expect super robust macros that always work.
Maybe some super smart programmer types here could improve it?
Read the notes in the VBA modules
Make sure to back up your ****

I have not looked at this to verify correctness of approach.

Another thing that you might want to set up is to be able to adjust VE table when one goes from Returnless to Return Style fueling.

How does changing the fuel return system alter the VE value?

Fuel flow is proportional to the square root of the pressure differential across the injector. Thence, a VE table on a return (MAP referenced) fueling will be flatter than on a return (Atmospheric referenced) fueling.

I think the fix would be to run a second map sensor referenced to atmosphere and populate the baro correction table.
