what's the cranking advance angle? and cranking related questions
 

i have a 1999 engine with 550 injectors on MS1

my cranking angle is currently at 12. i think i've saw it as 18 in an MS setup instruction. should i change mine to 18?

i have not done any cold weather starting. i experience two issues when starting.

1) when the engine is warm .. (after it stalls).. i try to start the car, and nothing. the starter doesn't even turn over.
--is this a crank setting issue, or more likely that my battery is about to eat shit?
--i have to wait a minute or two, then i turn the key and the car starts just fine.

2) as soon as i start . .the car RPMs will rise, to about 1400 then drop low .. and almost (or does) stall.
