Yet another NB2 MS3X no start

Just recently built an MS3X for my newly acquired 05.
MS3X is built according to Brain's guide, and so is the patch harness.
MSQ is Brain's NB2 basemap.

I get full sync on a JimStim. R11 and R56 are both tuned to ~2.6V+

I've checked for continuity between the crank in wire and the TachSelect jumper - checks out fine.
Checked for voltage across the cam sensor. Middle wire to outer black wire +5V. - EDIT: This is where I went wrong. The outer wires should be +12V. They had 0V.
However, in the car I get 0 cam or crank signal. When connected to the harness, both R11 and R56 both have the correct voltage.
Grounding issue perhaps? I'm unsure what to check for next/test. I suspect my patch harness has something funny going on. I'm going to have to check each connection for sanity purposes, but any further insight would be much appreciated.

EDIT, checked every connection in the patch harness for continuity, no luck. I did have a couple grounds switched, but those didn’t fix the problem.

I’m lost at this point. Should I just trim the pots while cranking till I get a signal?

Stock ECU works perfect when connected, so nothing car side.

SOLVED

4AF should receive +12V, Brain's harness guide didn't show this. Had to dig into the wiring diagrams to find what powers the cam and crank sensors.

If anyone's interested. I updated the OP, as to how this was solved.
