Yup thats pretty much the same kit i bought only thats for the 1.8l, where as mine was for the 1.6. The kit was over all pretty damn good and was for a pretty good price. The rods were all within a gram and the pistions were also with in a gram or two. The only complaint i had with them was the little end of the rods had to be bored like a thousanth or so if i remember correctly. Wasnt a big deal, just had it done with the machine work. Other than that the kit was great and like i said a really good deal! As far as bearings i went with ACL race barings, which i also picked up new on e-gay for like 100-150 bucks new. Havent put any turbo miles on it yet, just NA miles, waiting for the funds to collect so i can buy a megasquirt and some shocks!

    Hey Rider,
Sorry it has been so long.
Misfiring was fixed .....apparently the megasquirt couldn't deal with the car properly now it uses a different fuel management system (Haltech). The TPS was replaced with a nissan one to give more accurate reading as it was jerking due to anything less than 10-15% of throttle being read as a zero pressure.
Now all is fixed and it is really smooth and puts down about 235@ 14psi.
Looking to replace/ upgrade the brakes/exhaust and maybe to build the engine. Fun fun fun
    Whats new with you ?

It's not warm here, it's hot. Always. It was 85 today on my island. It may get to the 70's in January, for like a week.

I am at mile marker 25, so to get to Miami is about a 2 hour drive. From Key West, it's about 3 hours.

I think you are the lucky one. This place really is fantasy land. No one here takes anything seriously, every one (including all the adults) are just a bunch of wasted drug addicts who live from job to job and refuse to take a chance at life to succeed. My music teacher in high school was fired for dealing and doing drugs with the students. He was hired back and his charges swept under the rug because of the lack of teachers who will live here, due to the cost of living. The people who are born and raised here will more than likely never leave. They are afraid too, this place is not like the rest of the USA. Not to mention that the quality of women here is in the garbage, island girls get past around and STD's are rampid among people my age.

I just turned 22 and I am the only one of my friends who is straight edged and in school. Not even half of my graduating class went to college, even when it was practically free and only 2 miles away. Hell, the average age of a student at the college is 37. Mostly consist of people who moved here to "paradise" then realized it was a very expensive city and that you are going to spend 7 days a week working just to afford a trailer(which are around 300k btw).

You are more than welcome to come down here and check it out. It's fun for about 2 or 3 days, then you realize that there is really nothing behind the mask.

Yep, I sure do. I'm going to college down here. Moved here when I was a junior in high school and then decided to stay for a few years of college.

It's...okay. Probably the most beautiful place in the USA but, like all places, it does have it's draw backs.

Hell yeah! I started looking at what people were suggesting and Angel Beats looked cool. So I watched the first episode and then I watched the other 12 right after, lol. It was a great series.
