Default 1/4" - 6mm Pipe

I am looking at designing a Meth/Water Injection system just whilst I am away from home and want a little project. I have done my research and got a list of what I would need and if I can find everything I need I may order it and do the work when I am home. I have found most of the components I need including tank fitting, pump fittings, solenoid fittings all in 3/8 NPT to 8mm or 6mm push fit. My issue is in the UK I am struggling to find a any nozzles and a nozzle holder that is compatible with the 6mm or 8mm hose. All the dedicated Nozzle Holders I can find say they are for 1/4" Hose so my question is would my 6mm hose be a good enough fit to seal in the 1/4" nozzle holder? I am struggling to find any other 3/8 NPT to 1/4 push fittings that I can use for the length from the solenoid to the Nozzle holder. If I could I would just buy some 1/4 hose from Devils Own and do the lot in 1/4.

Thanks,

Mark.

Well as 1/4 is 6.35mm I am going to try it anyway with 6mm pipe as surely .35 of a mm shouldn't be an issue. I would imagine the tolerances between different manufacturers and wall thickness of pipework would mean the push fits will have some range too.
