First Run with Devil's Own Alcohol injection kit (stupidcharged @ 8psi)

Sorry for the noob post, was in a hurry and was loosing daylight.

I'm running prestone -27* windshield washer fluid and just that. I was confused as to what to add to it due to all of the different threads on people running different mixtures.

Anybody know when would be a good pressure to start spraying the stuff? my pressure switch is a rising rate and is adjustable from 2-10 psi.
My setup makes 8psi , its a stupid charger so i see instant boost @ 3900 rpms and up if im over 50% throttle

I was actually getting knock @ max boost, and im wondering if it was due to too much spraying. I had the switch turned all the way down to 2psi and >up so it could have been that by the time i was at 7-8psi i was getting way too much meth/water

If you are getting to much spray then your jet is too big, I have mine coming on at 3-4 psi and I max out at 10. Check the jet is the correct size.

I use a 50/50 mix of water/methanol (not tap water) that is what I suggest you should use

My nozzle is mounted horizontal in a hole in my throttle. the hole is deeper than the nozzle is long, leaving an area were the particles can bounce back and make big drops. (the pattern of the mist is kind of un-even)

I turn mine on at 7psi. Been running the same setup for over 10 years.
