I don't know how that is possible considering with the miata you should be running like a 3-5 GPH nozzle. Which means you should in no way be able to inject that much alcohol in a 2 mile trip. I would now be worried about some kind of hydrolock.

i know cjern! i was freakin out when i got home, but the car ran fine..... nothing wrong at all....well it wasn't a 1 and a 1/2 gallon, i'm sorry.. it was a 1/2 gallon each 2 mile trip... which is absurdly still TOO much!

thats ridiculous, my friend has meth on his 500hp wrx and its bascially daily driven, to my knowledge he fills it like 1-2 times a month. do you have it running constantly? no matter what rpm or what your throttle position is? cuase that could be a reason

uhh man unless you where doing a burn out at like 10 mph i doubt you used that much. i dont even use that much. Most likely you have a hole in your line or something. Or you have your capacity wrong.

uhh goku you need to size the meth spray to your hp not just what you think is right. FWIW the biggest nozzel i see there is 14 gph that mother is big enough to run a 730 hp setup. A 300 hp setup using WI as a standalone for example would use about 8 or so gph being conservative with the math. My bsfc is pretty good so i get away with using abit over 5gph. Please take some time to size the meth jets properly and you will see alot more gains. Oh and fwiw that much WI could lock your motor it is possible. 17 gph is insane even comming from me.
oh snap i just remembered this from joes posts
"‘Twas a nice and simple setup that kept the lines short and didn’t kill any trunk space- two of my major design goals. Unfortunately, I soon found out that the washer bottle is entirely too small. I measured it out of the car at 1.65 liters, but due to the odd shape and placement of the fitting I’d say that only about 1 liter of this is actually useful capacity. (this is a US-spec NA without ABS) What this translates to is <50 miles of hard driving between refills" So it seems you have abit of an anomoly using 1.5 liters in 2 miles is doable.

Lol Im addicted too. Im using a 7GPH nozzle and I race every weekend and do a few pulls during the weekdays. I only have to fill up about once every month. When are you having it turn on ? Mine is set to 6 PSI.

i think you most likely have your capacity of the resevoir wrong man. 7pgh easily drinks that much in 2 miles, of boost.
