Pre-requisites for water injection..or is there any?
 

So there seems to b alot of talk about this stuff lately and I'm reading and wondering if this would help me or not.

I see it lets you run more timing and keeps your intake temps down but whats the trade off here, having to fill the thing every X (amount of time) the weight of the unit itself I suppose...What else?

Why doesn't everyone just run it if you make more power with it? Who doesn't want cold ass intake temps (cold as in ambient that is)??

Seems to me that having a smaller turbo it could help at HPDE's keeping temps incheck with the heat that little t25 is gonna make.

So is there any circumstances where this is gonna help alot or not? Maybe someone needs to make a sticky with this info..?

The maintanence of the system and the posibility of pump failure and stravation as well as nozzle clogging. +if you arent making alot of heat to begin with then your results wont be as good, that is why alot of IC guys who do it and SC guys dont see great results that and they are to chicken about there timming. Tunning is trial and error as well not a whole lot of people wanna try that.

Tuning the car is half the fun when you have built it up with your own 2 hands. The WI works great, just use a resevoir that is big enough for you to have some piece of mind when you are driving around town. With the t25, depending on the amount of boost you are pushing through, it could be just what you are looking for.
