seats for trade
it's been speculated that they're from an nb, but the short of it is that they're a little sleeker than stock, have leather-like covers, and have "miata" embroidered in red on them. they're mounted in my NA on OEM rails (i believe), but i'd like some original NA seats. these don't feel hard or anything, and they're in near perfect condition. there is a tiny bit of wear on the drivers, and maybe a tiny hole in the passenegers that has been repaired so it's hard to see. so if you've got a set you wouldn't mind trading flat out, and are somewhere near south east virginia, hit me up. i live toward central VA, so NOVA wouldn't be too bad.
they swap right over though, i've already tried them in another NA and they fit just the same. they are set up for the early car, so there are no provisions for seatbelt mounting that i know of. the belts mount to the body of my car.
for a flat out trade, seats must be black, be reasonably (not completely) free of fading, not from a car that has been smoked in, and completely free of tears. for anything else, well there's a price on anything, so let me know what you've got. at any rate, since i have odd taste in this matter and am trading down so to speak, rest assured that the other party (you) will get the better end of the deal.
seats are subject to be dirty in these pics. they clean up nicely though. i'll post a couple more tomorrow evening, including the passenger side seat.

last one is close up on the one little flaw to speak of. either some type of glue was dropped on it or it's a repair of a small hole. at any rate, it's a difference of texture less than the size of an m&m.
