00 BP engine block and BP4W head
20 Attachment(s)
It's time to pass on the original motor I had in the car. About 93k on it very good condition, all owners used synthetic oil, never overheated. The mains and rods need nothing. Comes two sets of stock pistons, one set of stock rods. Pretty sure I have a new oil pump laying around and other misc stuff.
The BP4W is in really nice condition, it would make a great starting point for your head upgrade. The block is $175.00 The head is $325.00 If you take them both it will be $450.00 I would prefer local pickup, but if you want to figure out the shipping my zip is 60563. Thanks for looking. -JB https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 This is the small bit of rubbing I found. It doesn't show up at all with the finger nail test and I'm sure it would be gone with a light cylinder hone. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 Here are some pics of the head. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1402418461 |

Sorry Jim, but you are second in line for the head. Please stand by for update. Thanks.

I'm interested in the block. I'm not local, but I'm planning a trip to Detroit (close enough, since I'm coming from ATL) around the the 4th of July. PM me...

The head is still available.
You can calculate shipping from zip 60435. Here's the specs on the box/crate the the head is coming in. Looks like a card board box on the outside with a custom wooden crate in the inside. the box size is 22.5"L x 16"W x 9"H. The weight is 65 lbs. Greyhound seems like a good option also. Thanks for looking, -JB |
