Here is a picture I'm open to trades mainly looking for engine, exterior and suspension parts. |
Looks like a homebrew type deal. Is it balanced?
Honestly couldn't tell you came with the car I bought.
Where are you located?
I've got an SAFC I'd be willing to trade for it. I can get some pictures of it tonight.
Charlotte, NC
What kind of SAFC? |
Could you look to see if there are any wieghts welded to it. That should imply it was balanced. I am interested in it.
I'll look at it but I doubt it is.

https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1352138080 I'll get some actual pictures tonight if you're interested. I really don't NEED the driveshaft, so if miata2fast wants to buy it outright I'll hang back and let him jump on it. Then if you want the SAFC it's still sitting in my extra bedroom. |
Lol same SAFC I have now but it's broken so it'd be plug and play would be nice but I know they sell used for only about $100
No welded on weights

Balancing costs $60. Definitely sell it to Troy.
Well considering what they normally cost else where I still don't think it's that bad.

I just picked up a new driveshaft for my Dart the other day, I am going to go back and ask him how much it would cost to have an aluminum shaft made. My cost was 165 for an all new driveshaft, new tube, yoke, u-joints, painted, and balanced. It makes me wonder. This was steel of course.
aluminum is super expensive cost me $30 for 18 gauge piece 12x12 or something like that.
