#2 is kinda faded, but 12'oclock is firm (airbag in pic)

This steering wheel isn't safe to be put on a car. The rubber has detached from the core and it could literally rip off causing an accident while you're driving. There is a difference from sponginess and the wheel being damaged and this is it. I want my money back or I'm opening up a paypal complaint to get the refund. I don't appreciate my time being wasted in dealing with this.

Describe the items accurately.

I really hope you sent the OP a PM about your dissatisfaction before going off on a public rant.

I really hope I discouraged other people from purchasing before they gave this guy money and the product didn't meet the specification.

I realy hope you gave the guy a chance to make right before you try to make him look bad.

This is a pretty tight nit community and anyone who purposely rips people off get booted. Considering he's had atleast 6 positive transactions I dont think he's out to do that.

Relax a bit, he will make right.

I just get steemed as anyone would you feel lied to. I act on honesty, and when I see a problem I let people know. I would hope others would alert the community as well when a potential problem arises. Freezes transactions and ensures no one unnecessarily gets ripped off. Douchebag or not I would hope you would appreciate someone giving you a heads up to a "scamful" sitaution rather then Pming and having a bunch of people swallow money. Its precautionary, its nothing personal.

#1--this shouldv'e been brought to my attention privately via PM or email

#2--I described the item best I knew how, you didn't ask and further details or info after being told the wheel wasn't "good to go", other than a shipping quote and my paypal address.

#3--I've seen at least 3-4 wheels in that condition on people's cars, if YOU feel its "unsafe" then thats your opinion, which your entitled to. But don't come here in front of everyone trying to sound like you got scammed which you didn't.

#4--I've never dealt dishonestly with anyone. I have nothign but positive feedback here and elsewhere, and you are literally the 1st person to ever accuse me of such a thing.

#5--I have nothing TO hide because I am honest so I'll post you THIS response to your request for a refund right here....
Absolutely, go ahead and ship me back the wheel at your cost, once it arrives I will refund you the price of the wheel it self, and the shipping to you MINUS the paypal fee I was charged. Or we can work out a partial refund and you keep the wheel

Do yourself a favor and learn to deal with things the right way. On this partout alone I sold parts to at least 10diff people who have emailed me about how happy they are. You bought a 13yr old, $25 steering wheel off a wrecked car which was described as having sponginess @ 12o'clock position, then came on here like a total *** and tried to give me a bad rep, unsuccesfully. Then tried to threaten me with a paypal dispute, because you received the item you bought, as described

Do me a favor and please don't even click on any of my for sale items again, I'd rather not deal with you on another transaction.

Ps--I kept this professional as possible. Make another reference (like the 2 you posted already) to me being a scammer, or a liar and my response/action to such an unjustified accusation will be far from pleasant

I'm sure you'll huff and puff and blow my house down, but I'm not interested in fairy tales.

So lets be factaul here. I was one of the first people to purchase an item. The item I got I felt to be inaccurately described. Spongy is not can turn the top of the wheel 180 degree's before major resistance is felt. That is dangerous and can cause loss of grip in an emergency or aggressive driving situation. I in essence alerted via town crier method that the items for sale in this post might be on the questionable side. Perhaps this was not the case in which it is in your right and favor to provide evidence otherwise.

I did deal with this in the manner in which it should have been dealt with. Alert others first to a possible scam. Allow the O.P. time to retort. No sales will be lost on your part if it does in so facto come to public knowledge that it was an honest misunderstanding.

In the consequence had you been a scammer 15-20 people could have been ripped for hundreds of dollars. What I done was the safe and constructive thing to do, and it should be practiced by anyone on a public board. Look out for the person to the right and left of you, and screw feelings.

This is business, and this is a contract. When the contract is felt to be breached it is the signee’s right and privilege to make it known, and the consequences for contract breach. It is also behoove of the signee to make it known to as many people as possible in order to strengthen and add notary to the time and type of infraction.

I knew exactly what the hell I was doing, and I had good reason for every action.

Send me a P.O. for the amount and I'll ship the wheel back.

OK, Obviously your a douche and need to be dealt with accordingly

Translation, I decided that I should have asked more questions after receiving the item, and rather than privately requesting a refund of some sort, I came on here and made an *** out of myself by crying like a bitch

I did deal with this in the manner in which it should have been dealt with. Alert others first to a possible scam. Allow the O.P. time to retort. No sales will be lost on your part if it does in so facto come to public knowledge that it was an honest misunderstanding. Again, stop alleging a possible scam. You received what you paid for, and I'm here responding to you. Believe me your whoping $25 is not the next big scheme, also posting of a possible scam may tend to hinder sales just as me emialing someone your dating about a possible crab infestation may hinder your ability to get laid

In the consequence had you been a scammer 15-20 people could have been ripped for hundreds of dollars. What I done was the safe and constructive thing to do, and it should be practiced by anyone on a public board. Look out for the person to the right and left of you, and screw feelings. instead you need to take your head out of your ***, and see what YOU are doing and what others are telling you, as well as the reality of the situation

This is business, and this is a contract. When the contract is felt to be breached it is the signee’s right and privilege to make it known, and the consequences for contract breach. It is also behoove of the signee to make it known to as many people as possible in order to strengthen and add notary to the time and type of infraction. sure let's see it that way...in which case the contract was for a used steering wheel off a 1996 mazda miata in exchange for $25. You've obviously proven you received the wheel so contract fulfilled

I knew exactly what the hell I was doing, and I had good reason for every action.you are still a douche, and read above

Send me a P.O. for the amount and I'll ship the wheel back.i have pm'd you my shipping address...thats all you need, and all you will get

Now do everyone a favor and stfu, your a waste of time and I really regret ever entering into the trans. You're here for 2+months and think you're being scammed for $25??

Seriously now, enough...you were given a prompt and courteous and fair response despite the fact that you made no attempt to act that way in your public post. Next time simply PM the seller of an item that you want to talk about a refund because you aren't satisfied instead of trying to accuse someone, slander them, and then make them have to explain the situation.
Would you call the BBB before even making 1 attempt to speak with the business in question? Call Bill Gates before trying to reboot your computer? , etc..
I do believe I've heard the phrase buyer beware, and while I dont think its fair and thats why I'm not going that route with this, maybe you should ask a question before going thru all this.
You have my return address, and a confirmation from me that I will refund you the total amount I received from you (minus paypal fee) as soon as I receive the wheel back. It'll have both cost us shipping for the item, and paypal fees and it's even and fair. Just make sure you come back here and let everyone know that I made things RIGHT, the same way you rushed to speak negatively about it.

Let's leave it at that.
