So, the inevitable part-out of my '91 1.6 turbo system begins.
I have the following parts available. Parts are located in southern Louisiana. Prices are shipped to the continental US only. Prices are OBO!
BEGi S2 turbo kit. SOLD A few years old now, but only has about 3,000 miles on it. Includes:
*All the fittings, water and oil lines, charge pipes, silicone couplers, t-bolts, accessories, and install instructions. BEGi cast manifold with ceramic coating and relief cuts.
*GT2560R turbo upgrade with ceramic coated turbine housing. Has had porting done by BEGi to help with boost creep. 12 psi wastegate can.
*Mild steel divorced gas down pipe with flex section, swaged to 3" with flange for 3" exhaust.
*All water lines, oil feed, and drain lines are stainless braid. AN fitting for drain pan (new, included).
*Heat shields and Cold Air Box (a BEGI extra). Cold Air Box has mounting points for water line fittings.
*K&N air filter.
*BEGi intercooler, which is super nicely made and mounts easily.
Note: Kit does NOT include the BEGi "race" coolant bypass that originally came with the kit because I did you a favor and threw it in the trash.
(One thing to note: The downpipe will need a bung welded on it for an O2 sensor. The one on it points straight at the transmission. I never could get BEGi to weld it in the right place, so I had one welded on the leading section of my 3" cat.)
Anyone who has ever installed a BEGi kit can tell you that there's a fair bit of back and forth with BEGi to get stuff to fit with any of their kits. I have already done that work for you.
I have an invoice from BEGi for this kit for just over $4,000 for this kit new. SOLD
RX7 red-top 460cc injectors. SOLD
1.8L tan top injectors. All o-rings and spacers in good shape on these too. SOLD
Enthuza 3" stainless exhaust. This is a work of art and fit perfect. Credit to Jason at Enthuzacar for his craftsmanship. Excellent condition. SOLD
BEGi 3" stainless high-flow catalytic converter. SOLD
MSPNP v1. 90-93 model. Includes tuning cable, software, and air intake sensor. SOLD
Walbro 190lph HP pump. SOLD
AEM UEGO wideband. SOLD

JStoops: Good question. I don't have the butterfly brace on my car, so I don't want to answer off-hand. I imagine it would. I sent an email to Jason at Enthuzacar to ask him if he thinks his system will clear. I'll let you know.
