Does the knock sensor screw into the block directly, or does it need an adaptor?

it screws in any part of the block that has thread holes that can fit

cool, where did you have the sensor installed? I know FM sells an adapter that attaches a standard knock sensor to the block, just want to see what other options are out there.

I just put it in one of the bolt holes in the block close to 4.

Just the side mounts for HT? no front mounts?
