I just received mine that I ordered on the 3rd. Response after payment is spotty, but he did get me my tracking info a couple days ago.

I ordered and paid for a motor on the 19th of last month and still haven't gotten a response about tracking...

About the same time I placed my order - I received my tracking number this morning. I feel better now that I can watch FedEx moving it.

Don't bother. These people are getting apparently worse with communication. They did great stringing me along for over a month with an engine I wanted and then after taking days to reply at a time, they busted out with we sold it already after they kept telling me they were gonna do a compression test they never did

FedEx dropped something off today. I ordered it about a month ago, it shipped 2 weeks ago. I understand they had some delays getting it pulled. I paid early before a transmission was pulled and ready to ship so I could lock in a 3.6 Torsen. The 3.6 Torsen shipped quickly and got here in little over a week. FedEx dropped the diff on the input flange and damaged it. They did refund me the cost of finding a replacement input/companion flange. I would have expected these heavy parts to ship on a pallet, but I guess this works. As you can see the transmission was mummified in several layers of cardboard, foam and sealing tape. Diff was a different story. They have responded to most of my questions in ~24hrs. I had a bunch of questions! Not the easiest or fasted transaction, but I am still a happy customer. Also, the 6 month warranty should give me enough time to get the car running again in case there are issues with either part.
