It will not work on anything else other than a 01-03. It will not work on an MSM or on a normal 1.8L 04-05. It does not control the VVT. the case is a DIYPNP which is an MS2. post some pictures of the insides.

You are correct, I am still hopped up on cold medicine and did not realize that was a microsquirt module and not the MS3 module. I will fix my post.
