6spd trans $400
 

i found it on car-part.com

i was going to buy this but after talking it over with phil he talked some since into me.

it needs a trans plate (one is for sale on the forums for 30$ shipped) & it also needs a shifter (i was told the 5spd works)

:) i was gonna pick this up but decided not to, told the guy i would pass the word around about it.

5 speed shifter will not work. The 5 speed tranny plate will work, only 1 bolt won't fit, but another will take its place.

I'm pretty sure the 5 spd shifter will work with a little modification.

You can use the 5-speed in there, but it is loose and makes it very sloppy. I tried it for a little until I got a 6-speed shifter. Much better

ok. anyone know of a 6 spd shifter forsale? I need it before next thursday. Any suggestions where to look or do I just need to order one from Mzda comp?
