90-93 mk1 link ecu

This is a used standalone link ecu that will control fuel and timing. However it does not have the ability to adjust boost, knock sensor, or intake air temp sensor. I attempted to add knock, iat, and wideband O2. The only one that worked was wideband. So it can tune a turbo car in boost with a wideband O2 but cannot sense any knock, air intake temp, or control the boost level. This ecu does have an auto tune feature for fuel. I'm asking $300 shipped in continental USA.

how's the support for link management? can you get base maps and such okay? is it decently easy to set up? or, as easy as or easier than a DIY megasquirt setup?

is there a model designation or anything? i see a lot of models that link puts out

I have not owned a mega squirt but from what I have read on Ms it seems to be a little easier to setup the Link ecu. The only person i know that still supports the link is ken hill at oracle tuning. He used to work at fm and is very helpful. The computer comes with 4 different base maps already on the computer. Fm has a tuning manual or i can email u the one i use. I feel like this computer is a little simpler than a ms but has less functions

FM still supports the link. I spoke to Bill a few times when getting mine set up and he is very knowledgable as well. However I got the most help from Ken Hill.
