99/00 NB1 DIYPNP, wideband, laptop + more

Braineack built DIYPNP for an NB1 Miata. This has been dead reliable for me, but now that I'm swapping in an LS1 I no longer need the DIYPNP. For those that are new to this, the DIYPNP is a Megasquirt that is built using the Microsquirt module (which provides the basic functions to run an engine) on a DIY PCB to adapt the Microsquirt module to the OEM harness connectors, and add the necessary features for a street car. These features include circuits such as alternator control, A/C control, and idle control. Wideband and boost control are wired into the DB15. Everything included is explained below:

AEM 30-4100 UEGO wideband
Plug and play into the spare DB15 of the DIYPNP. You don't even have to give it power or ground, just plug it right into the Megasquirt.

Gauge panel
Replaces the factory NB radio, houses 3 52mm gauges, if you like your radio then you can throw it away or give it to your best Miata friend. I made it out of scrap metal in a few minutes. The hole is for a toggle switch to turn off the EBC, but I'm using the switch for a different project.

Mechanical oil pressure gauge
Comes with -3 AN hose to reach from the oil filter to the radio area. Can include a sandwich plate for a few extra dollars.

Boost gauge
The gauge read about 10% lower than Megasquirt, but was very consistent, and was still very useful to know if there was a boost leak or overboost.

IBM T43 laptop
Kind of slow, but not bad once running. It only has TunerStudio loaded on it to keep memory consumption down. Has all my old tunes on it, including IHE tune, IHE with ID1000, then turbo with ID1000's. They're not labeled very well, so let me know if you'd like a particular map loaded for starting out!

All you need to add to complete the full engine management kit is an IAT sensor and a USB to serial cable.
