Default T2 1.6 Turbo kit 304L, everything you need to turbo

GO TO LAST PAGE TO SEE WHAT'S LEFT FOR PART OUT

It is an NA Miata Turbo kit that I made to use a T2 turbo. Clears AC and P/S.

Everything you would need to take a stock NA Miata and turbo it.

I am using an SR20 T25 turbo with this setup. All you would need is to add oil return to the oil pan for the turbo… Unless you would like to swap oil pans with me.

Included in the package:
• Less than 500 miles on rebuilt SR20 T25 turbo
• Variable TPS Vishnay 971-0002 with aluminum/nylon 3D printed bracket
• Homebrew 304L stainless turbo manifold with carbon steel flange, decked flat
• Full 3” exhaust with v-bands all the way and muffler
• All aluminum intercooler + 2.5" AL piping and silicone couplers
• Top of the line Braineack built MS3X ECU and a PNP harness
• GM EBC wired to a toggle switch for hi/low boost
• A-pillar gauge pod with Glowshift boost gauge/ AEM wideband gauge
• AEM wideband
• Fully sequential injection/ignition with LS1 coilpacks Duestche DT connectors with MSD spark plug wires
• RX-8 Yellow top 440cc injectors
• All AN fittings for turbo plumbing with oil restrictor .062" -3an, 7/16 -24 and PTFE SS braided AN lines

Asking $2500 for it all to have basically a turn key turbo kit.

• Could possibly include a sub 500 mile 949 Organic clutch also, but trying to avoid pulling the engine
• I have tuned where it drives nice, never put on a dyno though, so not sure about the power levels

I probably forgot some things, once I pull it all off the car I will have a better idea, but you get everything needed for it to run correctly.

Also having it off the car I can provide more pictures of everything.

Separating it from this car: https://www.miataturbo.net/cars-sale...x-title-83211/

Contact me if interested for pricing for the car as well.

How much if you take out the ECU, wideband, and exhaust?

I don't see why it couldn't. Some minor wiring may be required.

Just a note on my turbo cooling lines... for them to work best, your block would need to have the plugs on the driver's side.

Taking everything off, started last night. Progress is as follows.

Nothing is sold yet.

Not committing to selling anything until I have everything off. The MS3x/wideband/boost gauge/VTPS comes out today so I can take time labeling everything.

I also have all the paperwork and wiring diagrams I made.

The whole kit. When wiring is said to be done, all that is needed for you to do is to use a butt connector to tie into your harness. Figuring out what goes where is already done.

IAT on Cold pipe, wired and ready to go. Even included jumper wire for MAF plug.

2 gauge A pillar pod with Boost gauge and AEM UEGO wideband

Aluminum/Nylon 3D printed adapter for VTPS along with Deustch DT connector with wiring cut to shown where to wire into your stock harness.

MS3X with Plug and Play harness with full INJ/IGN sequential capabilities also wired for a PNP with a Deustch DT connector with wiring already done.

Also RX8 440cc yellow injectors.

Fuel rail harness with another Deutch DT connector along with the stock connector for running sequential injection.

LS1 coil packs wired for full sequential with a new OEM GM connector. MSD 8.5mm super conductor spark plug wires. With OEM Mazda colors left in the harness... so you just butt connector each wire color to your wire color.

Full 3" exhaust/Down pipe with V-bands and wideband O2

Oil fitting for block to -3 AN fitting + PTFE hose.

GM EBC boost control solenoid wired for MS3X.

Water AN fitting for block for water cooling turbo.

Turbo

Air filter/water hoses/worm clamps... EVERYTHING you need to go from STOCK -> TURBO!
