XACT Miata flywheels are certified by ACT to meet SFI Spec. 1.1. This makes the XACT Miata Flywheel legal for competition when SFI Spec. 1.1 is required or recommended. The XACT Miata flywheel comes complete with official SFI sticker and serial number as required for certification.

ACT offers what performance enthusiasts need: the benefits of a premium quality light weight aluminum Miata flywheel at a MORE affordable price...in steel.

ACT currently manufactures the XACT steel Miata flywheel in two versions, ProLite (9 Pounds) for road racing and autocross applications and very quick throttle response, and slightly heavier StreetLite (13 Pounds) for street and drag racing vehicles which may require more inertia.

What kind of stuff are you looking for? I have quite a bit of NB2 ----.

I was thinking about a StreetLite, not sure if a ProLite is my style. I still DD my car so 9lbs may be a bit light for me. What are you looking for in trade?

If you have a StreetLite in your car, you should install this Pro and sell me your Street :)

I have a 9lb Fidanza in Rover, it's perfectly DDable.

+1. I think I have an earlier, lighter ~7lb Fidanza with an ACT XT. I DD it.

Right. I have the pro and it's perfect for daily use. Not even sure why they make the increments. Perfect idle, perfect return to idle.

comradefks 04-10-2012 06:16 PM

How would this behave on a supercharged motor?

Not a DD but I also don't want it stalling every time I come to a stop.

Twibs415 04-10-2012 10:09 PM

i dd this flywheel. i probably wouldnt use it with a supercharger. idle droop issues. free bump!

I have one on mt DD, it is fine.

I can actually swap this for the Streetlite if you anyone wants. I just cant return it. The Streetlite would also be brand new.

atlnb 04-19-2012 07:15 AM

If you don't sell the pro-lite by the end of the month, I'll buy it. If you do end up sourcing the heavier flywheel, how much would that be?

Faeflora 04-19-2012 10:58 AM

Want a lowball?
