any interest in a set of MSM COP ignition coils?

Have a set from an 05 that were removed at 22k miles. Not sure what they are worth, $100 shipped maybe? Make an offer.

yes, COP.

When Travis delivers my COPS, then I'll also have MSM coils available ... someone could buy Zoomin's and mine to have a set of four ... to make their own COPS ... I'm just saying.

I'm sure this is a stupid question but, any idea if this would be an easy retro fit for a 1.6?

Probably not.

Turbo_4 11-04-2009 05:50 PM

PNP for a 1.8?

zoomin 11-04-2009 05:53 PM

In case anyone is unfamiliar, the MSM uses a COIL ON PLUG design.

depends on the 1.8, I believe the NB started with these in 2001.

Not sure on that one, just trying to sell them if someone can use them.

Turbo_4 11-04-2009 06:04 PM

Already did...didn't yield much...so therefore I posted in your thread.

zoomin 11-04-2009 06:19 PM

More flies with honey ... you might try changing your tone a bit. You are coming across like a total ----.

Free bump.

Are you selling a stock MSM coil setup or a real COP setup (individual coils for each cylinder) for the MSM?

zoomin 11-05-2009 01:02 AM

Just the stock setup.

There are 2 coils that have a plug wire to it's paired cylender.

Have a great day.
Jared

Preluding 11-05-2009 12:16 PM

So its not a coil on plug setup... ah ok

Jfornachon 11-05-2009 08:51 PM

Yes it is. There is just different types of the system. Two spark plugs do have coils on them. the other two are fired through wires that are connected to the coils.

Have a great day,
Jared
