Artech 3" Downpipe

Selling a 3" custom downpipe fabricated for my NB with an FM2 turbo kit from an Artech turbine outlet. Photo of the Artech part below when new along with the full downpipe below Condition show is after removing from my car a week ago after about 2 years and 12K miles of use.

Divider added between the turbine outlet and the wastegate outlet to keep the gasses from interfering with each other. V-band clamp at the bell housing to allow removal of the lower half to R&R the transmission. Fits all Garret GT25/28 turbos. Bolts up to an NB FM 3" exhaust. Contains one O2 sensor bung at the bottom for a WBO2 sensor. New gasket for the bottom connection included.

I did not take the opportunity to dyno my car with this downpipe installed. I made 299.56hp with my old FM 3" downpipe before installing this one. According to my butt dyno I did not feel a loss of power or a gain of power when switching to this downpipe. I estimate is flows as well as any other 3" downpipe for a Garrett turbo.

Reason for removal is leaking from the junction at the top of the turbine outlet. There were 2 reasons for this, the shop that installed it reused the lock nuts and washers and we did not use a downpipe support bracket under the car to take some weight of the turbine to downpipe joint. I considered doing this, but decided to return to my FM downpipe.

$450 shipped to anywhere in the USA UPS Ground.

Am I too expensive here? Throw me some offers.

FWIW, $450 for a piece that's going to have to be repaired (for the leak) and then re-engineered (to prevent further leaks) is a bit pricey. I know that Artech fabbed pieces are like unicorn piss, but only when/if they work without problems.

There is no repair needed. The leak was caused by an installation error on my part. The pipe was removed to verify the leak was only at the top of the flange and caused by the reused nuts and washers. I installed the cast iron part for greater durability on my car and for my situation.

This part is not for a novice who wants to install and forget. A lower support should be fabbed up to support some of the weight of the downpipe under the car. Similar to what FM did several years ago. I ran one of these supports before switching to this downpipe and have returned to using it again. Unfortunately my FM support bracket does not line up with the location of this downpipe when installed. I would have reinstalled it if it did. I no longer have the fabrication resources to modify the support to work with this downpipe. I figure for most of the people on this forum, this level of fabrication work is a walk-in-the-park.

I'm open to offers on price.
