BEGI inconel turbo studs

As the title says, I have a set of brand spanking new BEGI turbo to downpipe inconel studs, M8 x 1.25 x 44mm. Comes with nuts and washers. I have no use for these anymore since I decided to go v-band.

Price is $150, new is $175 http://www.bellengineering.net/produ...roducts_id=720

Are these not usable as turbo-to-mani studs?

sleeperavant 06-05-2011 01:36 PM

They are useable wherever a turbo connection requires M8 x 1.25 pitch. It can be used on your manifold to turbo if that is what you need, or for your turbo to downpipe.

Hmm spot the difference, other than the price:

A difference I see is that there are 3 lengths quoted in this post. The first length is the 40mm that the OP states in his post. The second length (44mm) is on the BEGi website from the links that the OP and JasonCSSB posted. The 3rd length (47mm) can be found as the part number in the title of the link for the dp studs in the OP's link.

and one has 5 instead of 4 studs.

What do we win?

I apologize, I made a mistake in the first post of this listing, they are (44mm). Why the part number is listed as (47mm), I do not know. I took a picture next to a ruler to confirm the actual length.

I'll follow up later this week assuming they aren't sold - I need to verify whether my exhaust casting is tapped for 1.5 or 1.25.

sleeperavant 06-28-2011 01:49 PM

I was away during the long weekend. Sorry about that. I will check tonight when I get home from work (Canada doesn't have Monday off, but we had Friday off).
