This will only work with an S4 manifold unless you want to cut and turn/reweld the top part.

Does this run to the front of the cat or replace the cat? Might be the pic, but it looks long?

I'd probably say replaces the cat being 3 o2 sensor ports.

It goes to the front.. the bolts bolt on to the cat.

My bad I forgot to say I got the wrong downpipe when I bought it. He said it was for a begi log and it happens to be a begi S4 downpipe.

Correct only works with the S4 manifold it could work with a log manifold if you cut/flip the top of it. On Begi's website they show the same pictures for both the downpipe that fits the S4 and the log manifold they offer however the two downpipes are different.
