BIG 1.8 Miata fueling-wally 255, rail, afpr, braided lines

Walbro 255lph pump (not hp), with sock, and most of a mounting kit. $75 shipped.

M-tuned 1.8 rail, not suitable for NB returnless system. $85 shipped.

AEM afpr with liquid-filled gauge. $90 shipped.

Misc braided lines, $70 for everything.

Everything together to make a big fuel kit: $250 shipped.

All items were used for about 8 hours run time with E85. The sock on the Walbro pump has some goo on it, I would replace with new if I reused it. The rail is no longer suitable for the returnless system because I had the snubber mount milled off of it. AFPR is AEM and would be needed to run the 255lph pump, the stock regulator will be overwhelmed by the flow. The braided lines are all Aeroquip AQP, -6 AN, good for use with gas or alcohol as per Aeroquip.

To run this whole system in your NA, all you'll need is a couple of Earl's 5/16" tube to -6 AN fittings, available from Summit, to get your hard lines to mate with the -6 AN. This system had lots of headroom to run 300whp on E85, It'll run probably 500-600whp on gas before running out of steam.

The Walbro just required a simple mod to the stock fuel pump outlet fitting on my '90, I can explain to you if you buy it, it is very very simple. The kit price is a good discount off of what I paid, the lines were expensive by themselves and took a while to design and spec out.

PM me.

I'll take the M-tuned fuel rail. I hope this work for 1999 head. Does fuel rail come with lines? If not..I'll take both fuel rail and braided lines for $150 shipped

The rail itself doesn't come with lines, the AN lines were the only ones I used. It will only work on a 99 head when used with a return type system. If you are using it on an NB with stock fueling, it won't work with the stock snubber/returnless system, as the land that the snubber fit on was machined off to clear the other features on the 99 head. Hope this makes sense. I'm sending PM now.

cool..so this will work for my 1992 miata with 1.8L hybrid motor (94 bottom w/1999 head)

Yep. You just need two of these: widgets. You need to cut the barbed end off your two steel hard lines, I used the dremel with cutoff wheel, careful not to burn down your house! I would sell them with the rest of the stuff, but I'm using them with hose barbs to fuel my stock rail I have in place now.

You need to mount the afpr, I mounted to firewall, and will include the two 1/4-20 allen heads I used to do so. The feed to the end of the fuel rail loops around the bottom of the 99/00 IM, I used a clamp down at the bottom of the IM to keep it in place.

It all looked pretty good when in place:
