FS: Borg Warner EFR6258
For sale my second EFR turbo. A 6258. I originally bought it from Bryce, blew it up promptly, and got it replaced. So what you get is the replacement turbo - which is brand new.
In box, with normal boost wastegate, regular BOV cover (plastic one) and EBC solenoid. The turbine housing also appears to have been ceramic coated - Full Race has started doing that recently, apparently.
$1400 shipped/insured. $1350 picked up. If using paypal, buyer pays fees (~$42)
To buy one from Full Race would be around $1500-1525 shipped.
EBC solenoid is still missing from the pictures - it's somewhere in the garage

Warranty on borg warner turbos is handled by borg warner. the sellers are just middle men - you send them the turbo, they file a claim with borg warner, borg warner authorizes replacement, you get a replacement.
In my case i was not the original owner of either turbo that I blew up. I got them replaced both. I had no issues. Well, actually, I had issues with Himni, but that turbo was handled by Mike from SPSTurboStore.com once I posted it over here in the now infamous https://www.miataturbo.net/engine-pe...h-bitch-66305/ thread
THIS particular turbo was originally purchased by wittyworks from Full Race. So it blows up due to a defect, you get to deal with Full Race. They are awesome people.
As far as for warranty duration - I believe its 1 year after installation date.

I'm want them for our lemons car btw, so as awesome NT-01s are, I would prefer 205 Star Specs or Azenis
and the shittier the finish on the wheels, the merrier. so "chipped nickel" would be the best!
