Default Built NA short block from my 94M edition

I have a fully forged and machine shop assembled short block. It has the following components:

Cat rods - purchased from Belfab racing
Supertech Pistons 84mm pistons
ARP main studs
ARP head studs
New OEM oil pump

$2,100 plus shipping.

I also have a set of Billet Oil Pump gears from the original Bill Wilner/Miataroadster sale. They can be included with the motor or separate.

Thanks,

Chuck

The pistons are 8.6:1 compression. Local machine shop in Kansas city, Vee Village. Head not included at this price but I do have the head which has been rebuilt and mildly ported/cleaned up. Nothing major done to the crank except for the balancing of the rotating assembly.

Price drop on oil pump gears $270 shipped. I'm having a heck of a time figuring out shipping for the short block. Anyone have tips?

Build a crate and call UPS/FEDX other shipping companies that do OTR shipping . The OTR companies you most likely will need to either find there warehouse or get lucky and have a way to get it into there trailer.

I recently had an engine shipped from south Texas to northern Nevada via FedEx freight. It cost me $150. It must also be shipped from a business to a business.

Hi,
Why are you selling the engine?

I'm just changing priorities. I sold my roller, so all my go fast parts have to go. Hate to do it, after so long, but it is what it is.

Strap the engine to a small pallet to send it they will call it a half pallet for shipping. I shipped a complet 1.8 engine from MD to west Texas for 200. I used Freightquote.com it worked out really well. Only took 5 days and everything made it safe and sound

Thanks for the shipping advice guys.
Let's just call it $2,100 + $215=$2,315 shipped in the US.
