Who cares? This is a thing that's presumably not shitty, at shitty thing price. Why mess with it?

Do you want Racelands? Because this is how you get Racelands.

Well, because he suggested that he might not keep making them because the alloy was so expensive. That would suck.

The other good option would be to get minimums and do group buys.

Build them well, don't compromise the quality to hit a price is my opinion. I only mentioned price in my previous comments as a lot of folks aren't looking for high end, race car, 10/10ths parts. Some are, but not everyone.

The last 2 pictures look really nice, really well designed. I would have bought this over an ebay manifold had I known it was available at the time. Looks lighter, stronger, and would certainly flow better. Casting quality looks better as well, and you mentioned the material benefit already as well.

Ignore the last few comments and charge a reasonable price that still makes you a profit.
There are a lot of people on this forum that want things to be priced unreasonably low.
Just make it not suck.
Are you saying the downpipe you are using with the second manifold also works with the first?

Thanks for the kind words. In no way did I take the comments as negative, i wrote a few replies but realized none actually answered the question about price.
I rather not make any manifolds then have to replace them, I made these manifolds because of the love for the mx5, cant explain it I just thought it deserved better than what was available. In now way I could afford to drop 7k on FM kit or similar, so decided to make my own, this was over 3 years ago and this where I am now

The downpipe for the TD04L is actually a cast elbow with vband, it will not fit any other turbo

And this is a CAT relaxing

I would rather see you charge more for this than stop making them. Obviously we are all thrilled to see your manifold, and the cast elbow is sweet too.

Dont want to charge maximum amount, there is no point in making something for people that can afford to buy FM or trackspeed stuff, its not the point. I want to compete in the lower end stuff, hopefully no one will need to buy a welded log ever again

Think the trackspeed manifold is similar, however its not a clone. The only way to have clearances and easy access is to have the turbo sitting slightly higher and to the left, thats what I done

It looks similar because no one else has cast sexy runners before

EFRs are longer than GTNNNNs so the flange would need to be moved further forward to allow room for the downpipe (even a 2.5" downpipe would be hard to fit)..

These look excelent. If I wasn't currently playing with some stupidchargers I would be doing the TD04hl. I will be keeping an eye on this.
