1.6 Turbo Setup

Hello All,

Up for sale is the turbo kit that I assembled and installed on my Miata in July of 2010. Since then, I've put less than 2,000 miles on the car, but everything performed extremely well. I am selling because I've returned the car back to stock condition and recently sold it. You can see all of the details, photos, dyno results, etc. in my build thread or you can see the various stages broken down by date/topic on my website.

Includes the following items

Godspeed/Ebay T3 turbocharger- 50 trim, .48 A/R with Earl's -3AN oil feed fitting and Ebay 5/8" oil drain fitting
Ebay cast iron turbo manifold. Modified with relief cuts and a Tial v-band external wastegate flange
Tial 38mm MVS v-band external wastegate
Steel T3 inlet gasket
V-band wastegate atmosphere dump tube
ATP Turbo 5 bolt T3 turbo exhaust flange to 2.5" v-band adapter. Includes bolts and steel gasket
2.5" v-band downpipe with a slip fit exit and heat wrapped. Includes O2 sensor fitting. Pipe is welded steel mandrel bends
Autogauge fuel pressure gauge and fittings for installing inline with stock Miata fuel line
CXRacing/Ebay Intercooler - 28x7x2.5 with 2.5" inlets and outlets
2" hot side intercooler piping with silicone connectors/reducers and clamps. Pipes are welded steel mandrel bends
2.5" cold side intercooler piping with silicone/rubber connectors and clamps. Flanged for a Tial 50mm blowoff valve

CoolingMist alcohol injection nozzle mounted in cold side pipe. The nozzle part was stuck, so I left it in the pipe.
Ebay Slim radiator fan- allows easy installation of hot side intercooler piping
Rubber turbo intake elbow with K&N Filter & rubber line with an inline filter for valve cover venting
Paragon Performance M10 x 1.5 to -3AN oil feed fitting
Earl's 36" -3AN oil feed line
NAPA 5/8" Oil pan turbo oil drain fitting
Drill bit and tap for installing oil pan drain fitting
ATP Turbo high temp silicone 5/8" oil drain hose
Extreme Motorsports Manual Boost Controller (old, but works great)

A couple notes:
-You will need to purchase one 2.5" v-band clamp. The one that connects to the downpipe broke when I removed it. You can find them on Ebay, just use some high temp anti-seize on the bolt threads when installing.

-The cold side pipe will need to be extended a few inches at its exit in order to mate up to the stock Miata throttle body. This may be accomplished with a silicone connector, but one way or another it will need done. Not a big deal, if you choose to have it welded on any exhaust or fab shop could do this quickly.

-Pricing is always tricky for something like this, but according to my (as conservative and realistic as possible) calculations, it would cost around $1,500 to recreate this setup. Asking $1200 plus shipping or $1100 to anyone willing to meet in Knoxville, TN.
