i run a 176 cc nozzle set to come on at 4.5 lbs when i had my stock fuel system and 12-1. i ran the pump at 75 psi. then i added 1.8 injectors and a walboro 190, and went to 10 psi, and 80 psi WI pressure, then i went with some 305's and rx7 maf and 11-12 psi and 84 psi WI pressure. now i have a walboro 255hp becouse i was going lean in topend around 12psi now i am good midrange and uptop but still need to lean out my bottom end my WI pump presure is still 83 psi and i am seeing 13-14 psi boost

How much boost did you run on the stock fuel system and the 12-1 fpr? You think 8psi + 10 degrees of timeing is possible? (using methanol+water.) That would be friggin sweet.

Ok i tried to do some math to figure out how much hp roughly a 3gph nozzle could suspport. Bear with me I suck and my numbers are proabably off.

Assumeing a 3gph nozzle is 189cc (divide gph by .01585 to get cc btw.) and if you run like 50% methanol that will be like 94cc of extra fuel. (is 50% meth mix ok?) 94 cc is like maybe what 15-20 hp worth of fuel right. (i used rceng's calcs to figure it out, plus the ghetto take cc and divide by 5 to get system.) I dont really know how to predeict it using fuel other than gas. so maybe running 8 psi would work fine? Let me know if my numbers are off.

Alrighty this may be stupid to some of you but seriously why wouldent your engine "hydrolock" if you were injecting water straight into it???

For the same reason that it does not hydrolock if you wer injecting gasoline straight into it. It is a very small amount...

Couple of questions/clarifications in reference to the base kit
1. Is it safe for my air temp sensor for my link ecu?
2. For a turbocharged intercooled setup, you would mount it post IC before the throttle body correct?
3. Are there any safeguards for possible leaking/dripping?
4. Would the #3 be best for a car with 250whp currently?
Thanks
Michael

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. A checkvalve in included to prevent leakage. The pressure switch is acts as a safeguard as well because the pump can't run unless there is positive manifold pressure. The other safegaurd is kinda simple but I would be lying if I said that I haven't read one bad story. Making sure the components in the kits get swtiched +12V and not constant.

bandit
1. it might knock the life down abit
2. correct
3. no. not unless you design something ot do that.
4. my 176 cc injector flows 2.77 gph at 70 psi i dont know how DO rates theres but for a 300-320 chp setup like you describe i would run a 205cc/min injector idealy remember you can get a varied assortment of spray from these injctors by varying the pump pressure no fpr needed just turn the adjustment screw this is why my 176 is rated to cool 350 whp at 140 psi of pump pressure before i went that far i would get a jet of a size to fit my hp goals better or run a multi stage system. I would sugges htis for phillips gto becouse at 500+ hp you will need a 12 gph injector but if you broke it donw and ran a 5 gallon on one stage and a 6-7 on another then you would be covered and not have to deal with the consumption of 12 gallon per hour unless you are realy on it.

i ran 8-psi of boost on my bigger than your greddy turbo. to get about 200 dynojet whp equivalent. i would say running 9-10 psi on the greddy is doable wiht this and a 12-1 provided your fp is healthy. Guys FYI 50/50 is over kill if i where you i would try 15-30% methanol it is cheaper and you will get the same effects. and also the 20 bellow washer fluid isnt all 50% most of it is barely 10% from what i have bought here in KY but even still that is what i was ussing on my first dyno run. mixing yourself is better though

if the pump is anything like mine it will either be a 140 psi or a 250 psi pump they both look the same but obviusly one flows more htan the other you guys also have ot consider thta the spray pattern becomes marginal the further from 70 psi you get so size your gets abit larger than you will need and adjust from there via pressure.

Also with a controller multiple stage becomes unneeded. The controller would be able to knock flow way down on something like a 15 GPH nozzle and would be able to ramp up with boost so that when you hit boost during partial throttle driving then water consuption would be minimal.
