Eagle 5 Star wheels, 13x7 -30 offset DEEP brand new tires

Selling some wheels I just picked up and am having second thoughts on. I need to either sell them or do a flare setup which I'm not really wanting.
*OBO* Asking 500 + Shipping (can do for around 70$ I believe) *OBO* (I'm in utah so if you are near me maybe we can go cheaper since I don't have to package them) Wheels are Eagle 5 Stars. 13x7 -30 offset all around 4.5 inch dish Tires are 175x70x13 and have 5 miles on them (will go up to around 50 until I get my new set of wheels).
