I have a different brand car cover that's a custom fit to my 05. It works great, though my only complaint is after hard rain, dirt from the water will still appears on the car. So I can have just washed it and thrown it under the cover, it rains, and upon removal of the cover, the car is dirty again. Would these covers prevent that?

Well, those car covers are not 100% water proof, so if the water will happen to be under the cover (if you cover a car that is a bit wet) – the cover will let it dry off easily.
